Preview. The IRS has not yet approved Gideon Tax to e-file Form 990-PF. You can fill it in and we prepare it, but it is not e-filed with the IRS as an approved return until that approval arrives.

Step 1 of 25 · Organization and return period

File Form 990-PF — Return of Private Foundation

The private foundation's annual return, Parts I through XVI, with the itemized statements the form's lines call for (other expenses, investments, depreciation, grants), Schedule B, and the business forms Part V can carry — Form 2220 for an estimated-tax penalty, Form 8050 for a direct-deposit refund. A foundation that owes Form 4720 excise taxes files that separately.

$15 flat. A person reviews and files every return.

IRS e-file approval for the 990 family is in progress: we prepare your return now, hold it, and transmit it the moment we are cleared. Totals, differences and the lines that copy from another part are worked out for you and shown read-only; everything else is what your books say. The return is 25 pages; Continue checks each one, and you sign on the last.
