Gideon Tax is a small operation on purpose. Ian Joiner reviews every return before it goes to the IRS, and is who you get on the phone. If something has gone wrong with a filing, say so directly and it will be looked at the same day.

This is our address of record with the IRS — the one printed in the paid-preparer block of the returns we prepare. Please don't mail returns or payments here; the IRS has its own addresses for those, and a return sent to us by post is a return that is not being filed.
Before you write
A few things have a faster path than the inbox:
- Where is my stamped Schedule 1? It is emailed the moment the IRS accepts the return. If the IRS has accepted it and nothing arrived, check the spam folder first, then call.
- Something on a filed return is wrong. Call rather than email. A correction has deadlines, and the sooner it is started the more options there are.
- A security issue. The security page explains how to report one and what we do with it.
- How we handle your data. That is the privacy policy, which names the same person you would be writing to.
