Business income tax returns
The partnership return and the corporation returns — Form 1065 and the Form 1120 family — for tax year 2026.
$80 flat for a corporation's return, $80 flat for a partnership's. The federal tax itself is separate and paid to the IRS.
A person reviews every return before it is e-filed. The IRS has not yet opened its 2026 corporate and partnership e-file packages for production filing — its test system takes them from October 13, 2026 — and has not yet approved Gideon Tax to file them. Your return is held and transmitted once both have happened. If we cannot file it, your fee is refunded.

Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065 and 1120-H are built line by line, with their totals and carried lines worked out. Forms 1120-F, 1120-L, 1120-PC, 1120-REIT and 1120-RIC are offered as the IRS schema has them: every line is there to fill, and fewer of them are worked out for you. Every return is checked against the IRS schema, free, before you sign.
Questions
- What does filing a business return here cost?
- $80 flat for a Form 1120-family return and $80 flat for a Form 1065, charged when you sign. The federal tax itself is separate and paid to the IRS. If we cannot file the return, the fee is refunded.
- Is the return filed with the IRS when I pay?
- Not yet. A person reviews every return before it is e-filed, and the IRS has not yet opened its 2026 corporate and partnership e-file packages for production filing — its test system takes them from October 13, 2026 — or approved Gideon Tax to file them. Your return is held and transmitted once both have happened, and you are emailed when the IRS accepts it.
- Which returns can be filed here?
- A 2026 Form 1120, 1120-S, 1120-F, 1120-H, 1120-L, 1120-PC, 1120-REIT or 1120-RIC, and a 2026 Form 1065, for a calendar year or a fiscal year that begins in 2026. Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065 and 1120-H are built line by line with their totals, differences and carried lines worked out for you; the other five are offered as the IRS schema has them, every line there to fill and fewer worked out. A consolidated return is not offered.
- How is the return signed?
- With a five-digit PIN, on Form 8879-CORP for a corporation (signed by an officer) or Form 8879-PE for a partnership (signed by a partner or LLC member). The form's declaration is shown in the IRS's own words before you sign; you choose the PIN or let us generate one, and Gideon Tax, the ERO, enters it as your signature on the e-filed return.
